§25. Dissolution of the association
The Association may be dissolved by decision of two consecutive annual general meetings with a minimum of two thirds majority of the votes cast or if the Association does not hold an annual general meeting over a period of 4 years.
After such a decision, the Association's assets will be jointly owned by all members registered the year of the final annual general meeting.
