§ 22. Extraordinary annual general meeting
Extraordinary annual general meetings are announced by the Board whenever necessary, or when the auditor stipulates such a requirement.
Extraordinary annual general meetings will be held when at least two thirds of the members so request.
Notification will be sent by e-mail to members no later than 2 weeks before the meeting.
At extraordinary annual general meetings, only matters mentioned in the notification may be dealt with.
