§ 10. Board composition
The composition of the Board will, as far as possible, reflect all the people living in one of the Nordic countries and the various occupational categories represented among the members of the Association.
§ 11. Nomination of Board Members
Each active member who has fulfilled his/her obligations to the Association is entitled to nominate and submit proposals for members to sit on the Board.
Nomination of board members is prepared the Association Board.
§ 12. Eligibility
All active members are eligible to join the Board.
§ 13. Members
The Association Board consists of the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, plus five members (4 + 5 members).
Alternatively, the Board consists of the Chair, Deputy Chair and Secretary/Treasurer, as well as a maximum of five members (3 + 5 members).
The Board appoints other officials
§ 14. Elections and mandate period
The Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Treasurer are elected for a
period of two years.
Other members of the Board are elected for a period of three years.
